Teatr im. Wandy Siemaszkowej zaprasza do udziału w 18. Międzynarodowym Biennale Plakatu Teatralnego – Konkurs Młodych 2023, którego celem jest przegląd twórczości plakatowej, związanej z promocją sztuki teatralnej, operowej, bądź wydarzeń okołoteatralnych, powstałych w okresie od 2021 do 2023 r.
Międzynarodowe Biennale Plakatu Teatralnego to wydarzenie organizowane przez Teatr im. Wandy Siemaszkowej od blisko czterdziestu lat. Konkurs jest jednym z najbardziej znanych i prestiżowych wydarzeń tego typu na świecie, a do udziału w nim zgłaszają się twórcy z Europy, Azji, Ameryki Południowej, czy Iranu.
Konkurs Młodych w ramach Biennale organizowany jest od 2019 roku – to wyjątkowa okazja dla młodych artystów do zaprezentowania swoich prac. Do konkursu mogą zgłaszać się twórcy, którzy do dnia 31 sierpnia 2023 nie ukończyli 30 lat. Ogłoszenie werdyktu Jury oraz wręczenie nagród nastąpi 10 listopada 2023 podczas inauguracji 61. Rzeszowskich Spotkań Teatralnych – Festiwalu Arcydzieł. Od tego dnia najlepsze prace będzie można oglądać przez miesiąc na wystawie pokonkursowej, która znajdować się będzie we foyer teatru. The 18th International Biennale of Theatre Poster - YOUNG ARTISTS COMPETITION 2023 aims to present posters promoting theatre and opera performances, concerts or related events created in 2021-2023. The Biennale exhibition will be held in November 2023 at the Wanda Siemaszkowa Theatre in Rzeszów.
The International Theater Poster Biennale is an event organized by Teatr im. Wanda Siemaszkowa for nearly forty years. The competition is one of the most famous and prestigious events of this type in the world, and artists from Europe, Asia, South America and Iran apply to participate in it.
The Youth Competition as part of the Biennale has been organized since 2019 - it is a unique opportunity for young artists to present their works. The competition is open to artists who have not turned 30 by August 31, 2023. The announcement of the Jury's verdict and the award ceremony will take place on November 10, 2023 during the inauguration of the 61st Rzeszów Theater Meetings - Festival of Masterpieces. From that day, the best works will be on display for a month at the post-competition exhibition, which will be located in the foyer of the theatre. Deadline for accepting applications: October 15, 2023.
